two years ago, Waltari briefly lived up to their terrific name, with an insanely addictive hit single called “Mad Boy”. While no new Waltari album is in sight, the artist has been road testing new songs during 1994 tour in Europe. It’s a brave and brilliant refocusing of Waltari energies, virtually a rebirth. Waltari “So Fine!” is an amazing album.
|titile| is a sure sign of something most of us are experiencing, maturity. One listen to the sheer beauty of So Fine was all I needed. A Forest is a song that will not reduce you to tears but leave you thinking long after So Fine! have ended. 4$ is the album’s biggest hit, I think. Celtic Funk is a great song for a cosy night in when it’s cold and wintry outside. Your Nature Is Wild - I just love it. To Give gets you up and jumping. Piggy In The Middle has a beautifully haunting disco flavor. Freddie Laker pretty much defines how I feel spiritually. This song has very few things relative to that of it’s predecessor. Rhythm Is A Cancer - a classic song. Misty Man is a gorgeous song and it grows on you. Mysterious is the song that really did it for me.
