Self-described as Celtic with lots of words, Gaelic Storm comes out swinging on perhaps his best album to date. This is the first studio album from Gaelic Storm since bad diagnosis in 1998. Gaelic Storm carries a very emotional theme throughout the album. One of Gaelic Storm’s best albums yet.
The Farmer’s Frolic is the albums biggest surprise. Bonnie Ship The Diamond Tamlinn is really the reason why I recommend buying Gaelic Storm. The Storm is just a great song and one well worth taking the time to give it a good listen. Johnny Jump Up Morrison’s Jig is the albums biggest surprise. I love the melodic melody of Sight Of Land and to this day it makes me feel good. Tell Me Ma is a great song for a cosy night in when it’s cold and wintry outside. Music in The Road To Liskeard is astounding as in all tracks of Gaelic Storm. The Leaving Of Liverpool - is a breath or fresh air compared to many previous songs of Gaelic Storm. Best song on the album, love it.
