It has been nine years Twinkle Brothers’ last studio CD, “Me No You” which won Array Emmy Awards and was nominated for album of the year. I am not a real Reggae music type of person, but i have to admit ‘Me No You’ really is amazing. Now signed to Twinkle Brothers’s Capitol Records, the title track from second album “Me No You” leads Twinkle Brothers’s back-to-school campaign. This is what good Reggae should be.
Make Everyone Happy actually sounds so joyous, that you can practically see a smile on Twinkle Brothers’s face. |titile| is quite refreshing and sets the tone for what is going on in Me No You. I hope to keep hearing Twinkle Brothers works for a long time to come. This track is just fantastic from start to finish. Longing For You is one of these floating songs. Constipated People one is one of the better boring ones. Musically Stomack Sick is superior to other tracks in Me No You. It is succeeded by an outstanding track, however: Truble De Yah, which shows, blatantly, how much Twinkle Brothers has evolved as a singer. Beautiful Jamaica is nothing short of a modern masterpiece.
