sixteen years ago, Nensi briefly lived up to their terrific name, with an insanely addictive hit single called “Dym sigaret s mentolom”. Nensi had quite a long carriere and they made many hits. Self-described as Retro with lots of words, Nensi comes out swinging on perhaps his best album to date. This is my first Nensi Album and i must say i am blown away.
Dym sigaret s mentolom - This happy song is an ode to optimism and an anthem. I came to like Goluboglazaia. Outside of the singles, my favorite song on Novye i luchshie pesni is Kak liubil ia tebia. Moysha motivates you to get up and do something to improve your life and the life of others. I was truly moved when I heard Ne obizhaysia na menia. When I listen to Otel’ in my car when traffic ain’t going so good. P’ianyy den’ rozhdeniia is a song to savor, to listen to from every angle. I like the idea behind Svetlana.
