Poeta isn’t so much a record, as a great effort at dragging you into another world. Poeta carries a very emotional theme throughout the album. It’s a brave and brilliant refocusing of Vicente Amigo energies, virtually a rebirth. This is my first Vicente Amigo Album and i must say i am blown away.
Track can be hardly overrated by any means; this is what Vicente Amigo is all about. Poeta En Puerto is one of the coolest songs Vicente Amigo has ever recorded. Buscando El Aliento is beautiful, yet underrated track. I’ve found myself listening to Track Flor De La noche back to back and back many times. Listening to Track you can hear that Vicente Amigo has still amazing chemistry with band members. After about the third Track Amor Dulce Muentre listen through, I began to believe this song is Vicente Amigo’s essence. Track on Poeta is solid and easy to listen to. Nada Puende Dormir - This happy song is an ode to optimism and an anthem. Outside of the singles, my favorite song on Poeta is Marienra de Levante. This track is a great song that still never gets old. I listened to the opening track Poeta En La Mar and liked it a lot. Poeta en el Viento - A strong beat. Entranda is nothing but pure genius. So much energy, so exciting a sound.
