This album has some very good songs like Into The Future - Is Love Enough and It’s A Summertime. Is Love Enough? is an amazing album, racked with beauty.There is so much to love about George Duke, starting with incredible harmonies, songwriting chops and stellar stage presence. I wish that “Is Love Enough?” album was instrumental.
It’s A Summertime - is a breath or fresh air compared to many previous songs of George Duke. Love Songs - To me, this is the best song on the Is Love Enough?. When listening to It’s Our World, it gives me such an energy rush it’s unbelievable. I like to sing along with Fill The Need, though I mess up the lyrics sometimes. You can find feelings on this piece of art. Time and Space (interlude) is just a great song and one well worth taking the time to give it a good listen. Back In The Day is the album’s biggest hit, I think. This Place I Call Home - a classic song. How About You has to be one of the most beautiful tracks on the entire album. Laid Back Sunday (4:57) - awsome. Thinkin’ ‘Bout You is possibly the best song George Duke has come up. A fantastic track full of wonder. Lyrics of Whatever Happened To… - Back From The Future are precise and evocative.
