This thirteen-song debut EP shows the promise that Lee Scratch Perry has. On the Canada charts, superstar Lee Scratch Perry’s career stalled before it left the starting gate. I am not a real Ethnic music type of person, but i have to admit ‘Satan’s Dub’ really is amazing. I wish that “Satan’s Dub” album was instrumental.
Come Home Dub one of the best in my collection. Ooh La La Dub has a gorgeous instrumental sound, which lets Lee Scratch Perry’s strong vocals come to the fore. Upful Dub Fashion is almost impossible to review. President Dub - I like this one. Dub Skeem marked the continuation of Lee Scratch Perry in style evolution. There is gorgeous mix of music in Strange Dub. Bog Walk Skanking is nothing short of a modern masterpiece. Undercover Dub - arguably the best track on Satan’s Dub album. I like the idea behind Stop Stop Dub. Moving In Dub is another strong production from Lee Scratch Perry. This song is dynamic and dramatic.
