This disc has all of the essential Julie London classics. When you buy a Julie London album, you know exactly what you’re getting! Julie London was a flawless and timeless record. Not surprising from Julie London and A Touch of Class together. This is my first Julie London Album and i must say i am blown away.
This song is like perfectly aged vintage bordeaux wine not a tequila shot. Love Must Be Catching is astounding. It’s so catchy, it’s amazing. Simply the finest work ever from this multi-talented singer. Love Letters which is my favorite is a truly Julie London sounding song. Besame Mucho - Check out that bassline! Vaya Con Dios (May God Be with You) defines beauty, yet is as unforgiving as an astringent stone. I’m Coming Back to You motivates you to get up and do something to improve your life and the life of others. When Snowflakes Fall in the Summer pretty much defines how I feel spiritually. I love the melodic melody of Say Wonderful Things and to this day it makes me feel good. I like the agression and power of End of the World. From the sound of it, I believe the song can be a big radio hit. Julie London rocks harder than ever with I Left My Heart in San Francisco. Album opener Good Life is a bright, upbeat ditty. Our Day Will Come is a song to enjoy for years to come.
