This is the first studio album from Burning Spear since bad diagnosis in 1982. This is one of the best Cd’s Burning Spear has dropped to date. It has been fifteen years Burning Spear’ last studio CD, “Farover” which won Array Emmy Awards and was nominated for album of the year. Exciting stuff.
She’s Mine is an underrated song: I like its lyrics and melody a lot. I love the melodic melody of Rock and to this day it makes me feel good. Image good vocals. Greetings defines beauty, yet is as unforgiving as an astringent stone. This song may be the most meaningful. Burning Spear rocks harder than ever with Message. In O’Jah you won’t find any flashy solos. Burning Spear has created something that grabs you by the heart and gets you moving.
