Nowhere is this more so than on their re-working of Haujobb on ‘Haujobb’s State’. After seeing Haujobb’s State, I had to have a good Haujobb cd. Homes and Gardens carries a very emotional theme throughout the album. If I may, I suggest “Haujobb’s State”. That one song is amazing!
Maternal Instinct is sonically very melodic with nice haunting verses. Yearning is really a nice song to relax and listen too. Eye Over You (3:42) - awsome. One listen to the sheer beauty of Final Race was all I needed. After about the third Kilo-Cycle Respirator listen through, I began to believe this song is Haujobb’s essence. The song Tame ending is my favorite… so catchy! Strong, powerful vocals of Haujobb in Slugbait are very impressive. This track is a fabulous selection of easy listening, suitable for any age, taste or occasion. Homes and Gardens (MY - 1) pretty much defines how I feel spiritually. I think Skull Fission XXX is the best song Haujobb has ever done. This track is a great song that still never gets old.
