Atari Teenage Riot had quite a long carriere and they made many hits. It’s a brave and brilliant refocusing of Atari Teenage Riot energies, virtually a rebirth. On Delete Yourself album, Atari Teenage Riot have renewed their membership in the ‘if it ain’t broke…’ school of songwriting. Delete Yourself is not something you should pass up.
I loved Into The Death the first time I heard it. Raverbashing - This one makes me want to not only sing along. Speed is a nice, innocuous song, and much better than anything Atari Teenage Riot released so far. This song is very powerful, its catchy melody will have you singing along in no time. Midijunkies is a striking and quite long song. Delete Yourself! You Got No Chance To Win (Live In Glasgow 17.10.1993) without a doubt is the standout song of Delete Yourself. Nice and different song. A great put together song. One of the songs that always stick in my mind is Kids Are United! because the melody in the chorus is so good. Atari Teenage Riot as well as many of songs is a short story in miniature. This track is clearly meant to showcase Atari Teenage Riot’s vocal abilities.
