Evergrey is one of artists that allow his songs like A Scattered Me to stand on their own and be heard. After you’ve listened to She Speaks To The Dead, most everything else can’t hold up and is second rate. Listening to When Darkness Falls you can hear that Evergrey has still amazing chemistry with band members. This track is nearly perfect if not perfect. This track is just a stunning masterpiece. The Corey Curse is the albums biggest surprise.
