This album has some very good songs like The Fifth Illusion and Wolfera The Chacal (Neoplasia). Mila Sparrow has compared writing for Rotting Christ’s new album to that on ‘Non Serviam’ - but has declared the lyrics will be even more terrifying. Rotting Christ was a flawless and timeless record. Not surprising from Rotting Christ and Non Serviam together. This is my first Rotting Christ Album and i must say i am blown away.
Wolfera The Chacal (Neoplasia) is the funkiest number on the album. Non Serviam without a doubt is the standout song of Non Serviam. Morallity Of A Dark Age as a highlight of Non Serviam contains a ton of astounding melodies. I love the melodic melody of Where Mortals Have No Pride and to this day it makes me feel good. Although I prefer the faster paced music, I think Fethroesforia is my favorite song on Non Serviam. Mephesis Of Black Crystal has a fun tempo. Ice Shaped God is just a great song and one well worth taking the time to give it a good listen. Saturn Unlock Avey’s Son is a bit different from Rotting Christ stereotypical stuff.
