After debuting at No. 1 last week, Dillinja’s album The Angels Fell / Ja Know Ya Big / Brutal Bass falls to No. 2 with 723,000, a sales slide of 89%. This four-song debut EP shows the promise that Dillinja has. Nowhere is this more so than on their re-working of Dillinja on ‘The Angels Fell’. If I may, I suggest “The Angels Fell”. That one song is amazing!
Ja Know Ya Big as well as many of songs is a short story in miniature. Brutal Bass is a romantic if not formulaic ditty.
