There is so much to love about Rondo Veneziano, starting with incredible harmonies, songwriting chops and stellar stage presence. Nowhere is this more so than on their re-working of Rondo Veneziano on ‘Rosso Veneziano’. There were many famous songs of Rondo Veneziano available. I wish that “Odissea Veneziana” album was instrumental.
Rondo Veneziano must have run out of lyrics on the next track Giardino Incantato. Rosaura - is a breath or fresh air compared to many previous songs of Rondo Veneziano. Nostalgia Di Venezia is a pleasing, and full of overall coherence that goes beyond other creations. I listened to the opening track Nuovi Orizzonti and liked it a lot. Donna Lucrezia is sonically very melodic with nice haunting verses. A fantastic track full of wonder. Lyrics of Cecilia are precise and evocative. Interludio (3:16) - Oh, this is one of my favorites! L’Orientale is a striking and quite long song. Preludio All’Amore is the albums lead single as well as biggest hit. Bettina - Okay, I just talked about depth. Sogno Veneziano is an incredible song that has everything it needs to be another favorite track. Vocals of Rondo Veneziano in Odissea Veneziana really capture me and are set perfectly to the rhythm.
