This disc has all of the essential Rondo Veneziano classics. This compilation contains all of the biggest hits by Rondo Veneziano. This is one of the best Cd’s Rondo Veneziano has dropped to date. This is my first Rondo Veneziano Album and i must say i am blown away.
Nice and different song. Misteriosa Venezia gets you up and jumping. I find myself hearing bits of Gondole here and there throughout my waking hours. When I listen to Calli Serete in my car when traffic ain’t going so good. La Guidecca actually sounds so joyous, that you can practically see a smile on Rondo Veneziano’s face. This is the most melodic ambitious and satisfying track in Fantasia Veneziana. Isole is nothing but pure genius. Arazzi (2 Parte) is a song to enjoy for years to come. This is one hell of a track. Once Torcello gets in your head, it will NEVER leave. This track, in particular, has the kind of undeniably catchy flavor. I listened to the opening track Fantasia Veneziana (In La Maggiore) and liked it a lot.
