This compilation contains all of the biggest hits by Slaughter. I am not a real Rock: Hard-Rock music type of person, but i have to admit ‘Revolution’ really is amazing. Lead single “American Pie” and “Heaven It Cries” start with near-whispers before kicking into giddily catchy, fuzz box-driven hollered hooks. Unappreciated gift to Rock: Hard-Rock
It is succeeded by an outstanding track, however: Heaven It Cries, which shows, blatantly, how much Slaughter has evolved as a singer. Tongue N’Groove is so unique, as each one of the songs is. The sound of Can We Find A Way is difficult to describe, as it seems to squirm in a sensual manner, unlike anything ever created. |titile| is a sure sign of something most of us are experiencing, maturity. Hard To Say Good-Bye one of the best in my collection. Slaughter offers the kind of music here that makes you reflect on yourself. Guck is the most memorable and excellent. Heat Of The Moment is astounding. Rocky Mountain Way is outstanding work of Slaughter. You’re My Everything actually sounds so joyous, that you can practically see a smile on Slaughter’s face. I’m Gone great lyrics, dark, deep, angry and cool.I’ve found myself listening to Ad-Majorem-Dei-Gloriam back to back and back many times.
