On Burzum album, Burzum have renewed their membership in the ‘if it ain’t broke…’ school of songwriting. After seeing Feeble Screams From Forests Unknown, I had to have a good Burzum cd. It has been four years Burzum’ last studio CD, “Burzum” which won Array Academy Awards� and was nominated for album of the year. It is very deep stuff - very exciting
Ea, Lord Of The Depths is possibly the best song Burzum has come up. Burzum has astounded me with this amazing track. Channelling The Power Of Souls… is a bit different from Burzum stereotypical stuff. This track, in particular, has the kind of undeniably catchy flavor. I can’t stop playing The Crying Orc. My Journey To The Stars is a striking and quite long song. Overall a nice softer song. Stemmen Fra Taarnet is such a cool and optimistic song that things can get just better. Dominus Satanas - Okay, I just talked about depth. Strong percussion and poignant lyrics of this track really gets under your skin.
