Since completing 1997’s ‘Daudi Baldrs’, Burzum fulfilled their contract with Columbia Records and where under no obligation to release another album. Such great and happy songs.
This is one hell of a track. In Balferd Baldrs the music gets its power. I Heimr Heljar which is my favorite is a truly Burzum sounding song. Music and lyrics of Illa Tidandi creates, for me, fertile ground for daydreaming. Burzum has created something that grabs you by the heart and gets you moving.
