I am not a real Alternative music type of person, but i have to admit ‘Pezcore’ really is amazing. This album has some very good songs like Liquor Store and My Very Own Flag. This is the first studio album from Less Than Jake since bad diagnosis in 1995. Pezcore constantly brilliant.
My Very Own Flag is a pleasing, and full of overall coherence that goes beyond other creations. Johnny Quest Thinks We’re Sellouts is the albums lead single as well as biggest hit. Big is filled with very deep emotions that will truly touch your heart. I like the agression and power of Shotgun. This track makes my mind whirl and vibrate with flowing energy. Throw The Brick pretty much defines how I feel spiritually. Growing Up On A Couch - A classic Less Than Jake track. Blindsided is the perfect blend of moody yet optimistic tunes. Downbeat rocked my world when I popped it into my car stereo. Jen Doesn’t Like Me Anymore is probably the most interesting track on Pezcore. Out Of The Crowd to me is the best you can get from Less Than Jake. Less Than Jake offers the kind of music here that makes you reflect on yourself. Where In The Hell Is Mike Sinkovich - A nice song. Less Than Jake sings Process in such a comforting, confident voice that you can’t help but be moved. 3 Quarts Drunk is one of the more up-tempo songs on Pezcore. Boomtown I just LOVE this mix! This track is nearly perfect if not perfect. In One Last Cigarette the light shines equally on lyrics, vocals and instrumentation.
