This is the first studio album from Public Enemy since bad diagnosis in 1988. This -song debut EP shows the promise that Public Enemy has. It Takes A Nation Of Millions… is an amazing album, racked with beauty.Exciting stuff.
Rebel Without A Pause - Public Enemy first major hit. Prophets Of Rage - A strong beat. Public Enemy has created something that grabs you by the heart and gets you moving. Black Steel In The Hour Of Chaos is a song that takes you on the journey before it reaches the conclusion. Night Of The Living Baseheads is really a nice song to relax and listen too. I now have She Watch Channel Zero as one of my personal favorites. I hope to keep hearing Public Enemy works for a long time to come. Caught, Can We Get A Witness defines beauty, yet is as unforgiving as an astringent stone. Louder Than A Bomb - This is a very lively song. It Takes A Nation Of Millions… couldn’t start better than with the up up-beat title track Mind Terrorist. Terminator X To The Edge Of Panic is a song that will not reduce you to tears but leave you thinking long after It Takes A Nation Of Millions… have ended. Cold Lampin With Flavor still maintains something of a specific flourish. Don’t Believe The Hype is worth the money. Bring The Noise marked the continuation of Public Enemy in style evolution. First time I heard Countdown To Armageddon was on radio driving in my car and sonically it just sounded amazing.
