On the China charts, superstar Glenn Miller’s career stalled before it left the starting gate. I Love The Collection from start to finish!
I listened to the opening track Sunrise Serenade and liked it a lot. Moonlight Serenade gives taste of what makes Glenn Miller special as a musician. Chattanooga Choo Choo is an underrated song: I like its lyrics and melody a lot. American Patrol is the albums biggest surprise. The song Pennsylvania Six-Five Thousand ending is my favorite… so catchy! Kalamazoo make listening to Glenn Miller like being in some sort of time warp. This song may be the most meaningful. Glenn Miller sings his heart out in Runnin’ Wild. Glenn Miller is hitting on all cylinders in Juke Box Saturday Night. Star Dust is the albums lead single as well as biggest hit. I’ve found myself listening to Stairway To The Stars back to back and back many times. My Prayer - This one is what it is: a powerful, primal invitation to love. Serenade In Blue is Glenn Miller’s best work in years. This track is a fabulous selection of easy listening, suitable for any age, taste or occasion.
