There is so much to love about Donna Lewis, starting with incredible harmonies, songwriting chops and stellar stage presence. Now In A Minute is an amazing album, racked with beauty.Nowhere is this more so than on their re-working of Donna Lewis on ‘Without Love’. If I may, I suggest “Without Love”. That one song is amazing!
You have to get essence of the Mother’s power, to truly understand this masterpiece. This is one of those tracks that should not be judged after the first hearing. Nothing Ever Changes as well as many of songs is a short story in miniature. Donna Lewis allows each song to breathe and flourish. I think Love and Affection is the best song Donna Lewis has ever done. Agenais is maybe the best thing the group’s ever done. It’s also one of those rare songs that touchingly comfort the listener. Donna Lewis is one of artists that allow his songs like Lights Of Life to stand on their own and be heard. Silent World is one of the best records ever. I Love You Always Forever (Philly Remix) is the album’s biggest hit, I think.
