Self-described as Rock with lots of words, Roger Waters comes out swinging on perhaps his best album to date. There is so much to love about Roger Waters, starting with incredible harmonies, songwriting chops and stellar stage presence. There is no doubt that Roger Waters has talent. 4.30 Am (Apparently They Were Travelling Abroad) and 4.33 Am (Running Shoes) is really good.
4.33 Am (Running Shoes) - Roger Waters first major hit. 4.37 Am (Arabs With Knives and West German Skies) is a cool, simple song by Roger Waters at the top of his game. 4.39 Am (For the First Time Today, Pt. 2) very upbeat. The beautiful sound of this track makes you want to close your eyes and sway away with the music. Overall a nice softer song. 4.50 Am (Go Fishing) - A strong beat. 4.56 Am (For the First Time Today, Pt. 1) - I just love it. Music of 4.58 Am (Dunroamin, Duncarin, Dunlivin) is gentle, never overbearing. 5.01 Am (The Pros and Cons of Hitch Hiking, Pt. 10) is a bit of a show-tune. Once 5.06 Am (Every Strangers Eyes) gets in your head, it will NEVER leave. 5.11 Am (The Moment of Clarity) one is one of the better boring ones.
