‘Carte Postale’ kicks the album off with a blast of pure pop energy. Self-described as Rock with lots of words, Francis Cabrel comes out swinging on perhaps his best album to date. This is one of the best Cd’s Francis Cabrel has dropped to date. Carte Postale is preety good and all the songs have a good meaning behind them.
Meme Si J’y Reste is one of the best records ever. Opening track Elle S’en Va Vivre Ailleurs shows the best of Francis Cabrel. The sound in Repondez-moi is really warm and Francis Cabrel’s signature voice is still very much present. Ma Place Dans Le Trafic - A nice song. Chandelle is perfect work of Francis Cabrel. So much energy, so exciting a sound.Tu Es Toujours La Meme - I just love it. It’s very catchy and easy to get into which is what you want in a song. It’s so catchy, it’s amazing.
