Les Chemins De Traverse is one of the more up-tempo songs on Cabrel Public. Petite Marie great lyrics, dark, deep, angry and cool.Other tracks are good but your best bet is to stick with Repondez-moi. Excellent vocals and musical performances. Les Voisins pretty much defines how I feel spiritually. It’s very catchy and easy to get into which is what you want in a song. Still going through Cabrel Public and coming to appreciate Je Pense Encore A Toi more and more with every listen. This track is a great song that still never gets old. Chauffard is astounding. When I listen to Carte Postale in my car when traffic ain’t going so good. After you’ve listened to Question D’equilibre, most everything else can’t hold up and is second rate. Francis Cabrel has created something that grabs you by the heart and gets you moving. As always, Francis Cabrel’s lyrics are worth listening to again and again. La Fabrique is a song you cannot help but think about at odd moments in your day. Best song on the album, love it. Elle Ecoute Pousser Les Fleurs is worth the money. Lyrics of Said Et Mohamed are precise and evocative. No Francis Cabrel song has come close to capturing my attention as Les Murs De Poussiere did. Some call La Dame De Haute-Savoie from Cabrel Public as a quiet invitation of an artist to sit and listen.
