When you buy a The Shadows album, you know exactly what you’re getting! Such great and happy songs.
I Wanna Dance With Somebody (Who Loves Me) as a highlight of Steppin’ To The Shadows contains a ton of excellent melodies. Within the first few notes of He Ain’t Heavy, He’s My Brother it’s perfectly clear that The Shadows is living this song. I loved Candle In The Wind the first time I heard it. This song stands out greatly from the others. This is one hell of a track. Nothing’s Gonna Change My Love For You is one of the more up-tempo songs on Steppin’ To The Shadows. Vocal harmonies in this track are great and song structure is just right. When The Going Gets Tough good vocals. This track is clearly meant to showcase The Shadows’s vocal abilities. All I Ask Of You is astounding. |titile| is quite refreshing and sets the tone for what is going on in Steppin’ To The Shadows. The Shadows has created something that grabs you by the heart and gets you moving. You Keep Me Hangin’ On is sonically very melodic with nice haunting verses. I like to sing along with Some People, though I mess up the lyrics sometimes. One Moment In Time is a song that definitely grows on you and becomes an album favorite.
