Now signed to Dead Or Alive’s SixSteps records, the title track from second album “Sophisticated Boom Boom” leads Dead Or Alive’s back-to-school campaign. After debuting at No. 1 last week, Dead Or Alive’s album Sophisticated Boom Boom falls to No. 2 with 503,000, a sales slide of 70%. After seeing What I Want, I had to have a good Dead Or Alive cd. Sophisticated Boom Boom touched my soul like nothing else.
Misty Circles is really the reason why I recommend buying Sophisticated Boom Boom. The sound of Do It is difficult to describe, as it seems to squirm in a sensual manner, unlike anything ever created. I’d Do Anything - My least favorite song on this album. That’s The Way (I Like It) is a song that takes you on the journey before it reaches the conclusion. You Make Me Wanna - This is a very lively song. I like the agression and power of Sit On It. I think Wish You Where Here is the best song Dead Or Alive has ever done. Absolutely Nothing which is my favorite is a truly Dead Or Alive sounding song. Once you hear Far Too Hard, you will listen to it over and over.
