It’s a brave and brilliant refocusing of Randy Crawford energies, virtually a rebirth. On the Spain charts, superstar Randy Crawford’s career stalled before it left the starting gate. This album has some very good songs like Knockin’ On Heaven’s Door and Every Kind Of People. I greatly enjoyed this CD.
Every Kind Of People is a strong cut, one of many. Wrap-u-up make listening to Randy Crawford like being in some sort of time warp. This Is The Love gives good insight into the truths. Still going through Rich and Poor and coming to appreciate Separate Lives more and more with every listen. I love the melodic melody of Believe That Love Can Change The World and to this day it makes me feel good. Rich And Poor is the best music that I have heard from anyone in any area of music. After about the third Cigarette In The Rain listen through, I began to believe this song is Randy Crawford’s essence. Love Is can be hardly overrated by any means; this is what Randy Crawford is all about. The first time I listened to I Don’t Feel Much Like Crying I was struck by its gorgeous sound. Opening track All It Takes Is Love shows the best of Randy Crawford.
