While no new Cafe Del Mar album is in sight, the artist has been road testing new songs during 1999 tour in Australia. There is so much to love about Cafe Del Mar, starting with incredible harmonies, songwriting chops and stellar stage presence. It’s a brave and brilliant refocusing of Cafe Del Mar energies, virtually a rebirth. Cafe Del Mar “Aria. Vol.2″ is an amazing album.
|titile| is a sure sign of something most of us are experiencing, maturity. Ebben stands out to me for its audacious melody and sheer beauty. I now have Lullabye (Sviraj) as one of my personal favorites. Leiermann is the funkiest number on the album. Ave Maria is a perfect sing-along. Voice of Cafe Del Mar in Pavane is honest and guitar work is subtle and poignant. Interlude (1:36) Not one of my favorites, but for a lot of people this is one of their best songs. Sviraj (Lullabye) rocked my world when I popped it into my car stereo. Awesome song is really all that you can say about it. Barcarolle - A classic Cafe Del Mar track. Horizon is a song to enjoy for years to come.
