When you buy a Saint Seiya album, you know exactly what you’re getting! Saint Seiya’s debut, ‘The Gold Collection CD5′, does not fit easily into one genre. Nowhere is this more so than on their re-working of Saint Seiya on ‘Suite 5 - Legend of True Red Youth’. It is very deep stuff - very exciting
Suite 6 - Northern God Warrior is the song that really did it for me. Suite 7 - King of the Sea’s Halberd is the astounding blend of moody yet optimistic tunes. It took me a little time but I ended up loving Suite 8 - Hymn of Light. Interlude 1 is excellent work of Saint Seiya.
