Nowhere is this more so than on their re-working of Merle Haggard on ‘Mary’s Mine’. I am not a real Country music type of person, but i have to admit ‘Untamed Hawk CD3′ really is amazing. Since Merle Haggard last CD (Untamed Hawk CD3) on Capitol Records back in 1995, I have felt a massive void in my life. If I may, I suggest “Mary’s Mine”. That one song is amazing!
From the sound of it, I believe the song can be a big radio hit. Someone Told My Heart is such a perfect and optimistic song that things can get just better. Piedras Negras (Go Home) had me crying as I was able to relate so well. Whatever Happened to You (2:58) Not one of my favorites, but for a lot of people this is one of their best songs. In this song fans will recognize the unique vocals of Merle Haggard. Skid Row is filled with very deep emotions that will truly touch your heart. Drink Up and Be Somebody to me is the best you can get from Merle Haggard. When I listen to Gone Crazy in my car when traffic ain’t going so good. I can’t stop playing I Threw Away the Rose. The first time I listened to Some of Us Never Learn I was struck by its gorgeous sound. Branded Man rocked my world when I popped it into my car stereo. You Don’t Have Very Far to Go hits the heart. Wine Take Me Away is really a nice song to relax and listen too. Strong percussion and poignant lyrics of this track really gets under your skin. Somewhere Between (3:07) - awsome. Don’t Get Married is one of the more up-tempo songs on Untamed Hawk CD3. Within the first few notes of My Hands Are Tied it’s perfectly clear that Merle Haggard is living this song. Merle Haggard rocks harder than ever with I Made the Prison Band. The song feels complete. A great put together song. I’ll Leave the Bottle on the Bar is one of the most beautiful songs ever to grace my stereo. Sing Me Back Home makes a person feel astounding. The Son of Hickory Holler’s Tramp is the first taste of the new album. Seeing Eye Dog is one of the best records ever. Will You Visit Me on Sundays is kind of track that compels you to skip back and drink it in one more time before moving on through Untamed Hawk CD3. Home Is Where a Kid Grows Up has a fun tempo.
