After debuting at No. 1 last week, Dalida’s album Volume 05 - Le Petit Gonzales (61-62) falls to No. 2 with 918,000, a sales slide of 59%. There is so much to love about Dalida, starting with incredible harmonies, songwriting chops and stellar stage presence. It’s natural for Dalida to take a stab at ‘Dix Mille Bulles Bleues’ considering her long-professed love for Gustav Holst. This is the best album I have heard in a long time
Pepe - For me, this is the best of the album. Vingt Quatre Mille Baisers has a fun tempo. Je Me Sens Vivre pretty much defines how I feel spiritually. Quand Tu Dors Pres De Moi is probably one of Dalida’s biggest successes for the album - it’s lovely to listen to. Parlez-Moi D’amour - I just love it. This song may be the most meaningful. Reste Encore Avec Moi was the first single release from the album Volume 05 - Le Petit Gonzales (61-62). Protegez-Moi Seigneur is just a great song and one well worth taking the time to give it a good listen. One of the songs that always stick in my mind is Tu Peux Le Prendre because the melody in the chorus is so good. Dalida has astounded me with this amazing track. Comme Une Symphonie gives taste of what makes Dalida special as a musician. Once you hear Loin De Moi, you will listen to it over and over. Plus Loin Que La Terre one of the best in my collection. So much energy, so exciting a sound.I can’t stop humming along Cordoba. |titile| is a sure sign of something most of us are experiencing, maturity. Achete-Moi Un Juke Box is a very good song maybe surprisingly better than you at first might’ve imagined. Dalida must have run out of lyrics on the next track T’aimerai Toujours. I love the melodic melody of La Lecon De Twist and to this day it makes me feel good. Le Ciel Bleu is outstanding work of Dalida. Le Petit Gonzales - a classic song. A Ma Chance is possibly the best song Dalida has come up. Je Ne Peux Pas Me Passer De Toi I just LOVE this mix! I like the agression and power of Toi Tu Me Plais. You can find feelings on this piece of art. Petit Elephant Twist still maintains something of a specific flourish. In Que Sont Devenues Les Fleurs Dalida is at his best.
